Fish Believed to be Puffer Fish; Contains Deadly Toxin
The FDA is warning consumers not to eat products labeled as Monkfish which have been imported by Hong Chang Corp. Two people in Chicago have become ill after eating the fish. The fish is actually thought to be the deadly puffer fish, which contains tetrodotoxin, a chemical that can be fatal to humans.
